The minimum fees that a lawyer must charge are stipulated by law.

 

Above the minimum fees, the legislature allows the client and lawyer to agree on a time expenditure corresponding to payment.

 

The lawyer can choose between three remuneration models:

 

1. Cost tables of the Romanian Lawyers' Remuneration Act

2. Individual compensation agreement

3. Fee agreement
